Privacy policy

Callpike Canada is run by Joseph Feor in St. Catharines, Ontario. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you ask for a free growth plan, we collect what you type into the form: your first name, business name, the city you serve, your trade, your phone number and your email address.
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run the site and keep it secure. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
- To prepare your growth plan, which means looking up your business's public Google rankings and listings.
- To contact you by phone or email about the plan you asked for.
- If you become a client, to deliver and manage the work we agree on.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you agree to it.
Who we share it with
- Callpike's delivery team, who prepare growth plans and carry out the SEO work. Some of the team works in the United States.
- Service providers we use to run the business, such as website hosting (Vercel), email, calendar booking and form tools. They handle your information only to provide their service to us.
Some of these providers store information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we keep your details for up to two years after our last contact and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and business record rules require.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. To do any of these, reply to any email we've sent you, or tell us on the phone. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
